5th birthdays

5th birthday invitations the whole class can answer

At five, the guest list is usually the whole class, and the invitations go through the parents' group chat. One open link does it: each parent opens it, types their child's name and answers.

Your child picks the theme (unicorns, diggers, dinosaurs, heroes, the sea), you add the name, the age and the place. The list shows who is coming, who is bringing a brother or sister, and how many parents are staying.

  • One link for the class chat

Post the open link in the parents' group once. Each family answers with their own child's name, and nobody needs your phone number.

  • Siblings and parents

Decide whether brothers and sisters are welcome. Adults and kids are counted apart, so you know how many parents stay for the party.

  • A nudge for the late ones

On a paid plan, a reminder goes only to the families who haven't answered, in daytime hours.

Questions

  • How do I invite a whole class without everyone's numbers?

Use the open link. You post it in the class or kindergarten parents' chat, and each parent types their child's name when they answer.

  • Can I limit siblings?

Yes. You choose whether guests can add brothers and sisters. If you allow them, they are counted with the kids.

  • Do parents need to sign up?

No. They open the link in the browser on their phone and answer in a couple of taps.
